All attorneys’ fees are subject to adjustment for difficult/complex cases. Additional fees may apply for certain post-filing services, please refer to the Engagement and Fee Agreement (all cases) and the Attorney Fee Disclosure (in Chapter 13 cases). All Chapter 7 bankruptcy fees and expenses must be paid, in full, prior to filing. Payment of all or a portion of Chapter 13 bankruptcy fees and expenses may be included in the Chapter 13 payment plan, in the attorneys’ sole discretion. All Chapter 11 retainers (as quoted following consultation) and expenses must be paid, in full, prior to filing. All payments must be made by either cash or certified check; no credit and/or debit cards can be accepted for bankruptcy services. Filing Fees stated are current as of December 1, 2020, and subject to change. Counseling and Financial Management fees are those provided by Abacus Credit Counseling for online services as of January 1, 2020, and subject to change.
