Wayne joined the firm in 1978 after working as a senior trial lawyer for the Internal Revenue Service. Wayne handled complex estate administration and estate planning, and he helped clients address the tax issues that arise with respect to these areas of the law. Wayne’s practice also included transactional work, such as sales and acquisitions, for businesses and corporations. He also dealt with tax planning and matters involving the Internal Revenue Service.
Mr. Bach has been rated by his peers as being “preeminent” in his respective fields of law.
